That’s a good question! I don’t think it inherently makes the content invalid. But if nothing else, it’s important from the perspective of vetting the information. If something was written by an expert, maybe you would assume it’s true. If an AI wrote it, maybe you take it with a grain of salt. Read more

The reason to care is precisely the fact that you don’t have to open a new tab. When you’re talking about hundreds of millions of people, it makes a big difference. This sticks a chatbot in people’s faces when they aren’t going out of their way to find it. That will expose it to far more people.
